• Your server must not be used in anyway to disrupt or cause any type of inconvenience to other people or customers of TeamHost.

• Bots are not allowed on any game server.

• You must not use the FTP facility for game servers to store any illegal content of any kind. Allowed are Maps, scripts, configuration files.

• Any server shall not be named in an offensive or disruptive manner.

• If the monthly PayPal or WorldPay subscription fails on the renewal date your server(s) & account will be suspended until you have contacted us and made a payment for your server(s).

• WebHosting will not be used to host any warez or illegal content or any kind.

• We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without notice.

• Webhosting customers are responsible for making sure their data is backed up. However we carry out daily backups.

• Game server customers are responsible for making sure their game server data is backed up.

• Customers are responsible for cancelling their own WorldPay or PayPal monthly subscriptions.

• TeamHost reserves the right to cancel any services or accounts at any time with no reason given and with no refund.

• In the event your server crashes due to server side mods we will remove the mod(s) to restore your server.

• One TeamSpeak 2 server is provided with game servers even if multiple game servers are ordered.

• Reselling any service or account we provide is not permitted at all and may result in service and account suspension.

• All accounts that are one week overdue for payment will be closed automatically.

• All deals are only available to new customers not existing customers.

If you fail to conform to these terms and conditions your server or servers will be suspended.
